Registration
Early-bird registration is closed since April 30th, 2010, but registration at normal rates still possible. On-site registration is also possible, but fees must be paid in cash.
Registration fees:
Regular: 450 €
Student: 170 € (student ID required)
Accompanying persons: 120 €
Field-trip: 40 €
Registration process:
(1) Download Registration form.
(2) Complete and return form to us at ISC2010@uni-mainz.de.
(3) We will then send you personalized payment instructions.
(4) Once payment is received, we will send you a final confirmation.
Terms and Conditions
(1) Please note that participation in certain conference events is limited to 175 people. If the number of registered delegates exceeds this amount, the conference fee will be adjusted accordingly with inclusion decided on a first-come, first-served basis. Furthermore, please note that the conference is limited to a maximum of 200 delegates.
(2) Single-day fees are not offered.
(3) Conference registration fee includes admission to conference sessions, conference bag, coffee breaks, Icebreaker party, mid-conference dinner and late-conference dinner. It is not possible to deselect evening events.
(4) Refund policy. Full refunds minus a 50 € administration fee will be possible until the end of the early-bird registration (20th April 2010). After this time, transfer of registration to another delegate will be possible for a 50 € administration fee. Refunds between 21st April and 24th June 2010 will be possible, but only 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. Cancellations after 24th June 2010 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
(5) If you require a letter of invitation for a visa application, then this will be sent to you on request and only after full payment has been received
